Rooms are nice for being an older building. Staff were friendly and attentive. The bed was great, the mattress could've been new. No sound attenuation from the hall into the room and the bathroom was very small. Bathroom door was also dirty with some splatter. Also heard an (elevator?) motor from my room. I was on the 14th floor.

The receptionists and crew were amazing and extremely patient. However, the shower in my room was not clean - there were many hair strands quite visible and there were no tissues in the bathroom. The thermostat was not working as well. Other than that the room was very clean.

I was there for a friend’s wedding. They were nice enough to book the room for me, which I paid them for. The next day I went to check my bank account to see my funds and noticed a significant amount had been taken out! I called the hotel back and asked why such a large amount had been charged to my card since I wasn’t even the one who paid for the room. When I checked in I was told a small fee would be charged but it would come back to me. This was no small fee and was actually more than the actual stay itself! And all I got was a “I’m sorry it will come back in a day or 2.” I would have used a different card had I known that fee was going to cost more than the actual stay!! *UPDATE* The money was returned to my account but within 24 hours it was taken out again! The man I spoke to Sunday said a day or 2! Yet the response written back to me says 3-5 days! I understand that I was going to have a hold fee but I was told a SMALL FEE not a fee that would cost MORE THAN WHAT I PAID TO STAY FOR ONE NIGHT! When I called yesterday to ask why my fee was returned and taken out again I was told that a manager would be returning my call in 30 minutes it’s been over 24 hours and nobody has called me back!! I do not have that kind of money to afford a hold fee like this!

Stopped by to attend a trade show and meeting in one of their event rooms, it was clean and well organized. Restrooms were clean and well supplied. It was a good venue and intend to come back again. The hotel staff that I met were helpful and cheery. Being a Sheraton, I imagine that the rooms would be just as clean and organized too.
