Big thanks to the courtyard staff! All were accommodating to me and my family. They made our little stay feel very welcomed! I want to say Chris at front desk and James who at the time handled the food areas were exceptional with customer service! Everything from warm welcome to conversation and communication these two nailed it. I stayed in the king sized room with sofa bed. My room was clean and I really loved the Covid-19 protocols being taken at the courtyard. Complimentary sanitary wipes are given in rooms, and sanitation stations are available throughout the hotel. I feel housekeeping was definitely on point with cleanliness. The amenities of having a indoor pool and gym was also great! Pictures online are spot on. Their lobby is very spacious and updated. The bistro cafe is a nice touch. Very family friendly seeing how most guest are sesame place visitors! I will definitely book in future!

The staff was amazing, kind and very helpful! i had lost an item that they kindly returned! room was clean, the hotel is very well setup all together. The patio area and lobby are well decorated! would recommend to other for sure!

We couldn't have been more happier with our choice. The room was sanitized and very clean. The front desk attendants were friendly and very helpful. The girls in the restaurant were extremely friendly and made sure we were satisfied with everything. The food was fantastic! Everyone in our group were completely happy with our food choices. The location was perfect for attending Sesame Place. We would definitely stay here again!!

My husband and I, along with my mom and young children, were displaced for a few days for plumbing issues at our house. We decided to give the Courtyard a chance because Marriott has been good to us thus far. Overall our stay was great and the front desk was exceptional. Even the Bistro was great. Our only issue was the fact that people still think it's cool to smoke marijuana. Listen, that fad is just that...a fad. Now that everyone can produce medical marijuana cards it's like everyone is doing it. And I understand some people truly need it, but in a hotel room?! Have some decency for those around you. My son has asthma and the last thing he needs is that awful stench coming through the air vents. We did mention our inconsiderate neighbor to the front desk when checking out today (the 8th of April) and she was very understanding and said she'd take care of it. What she did is beyond me, but it was just nice to know that she sympathized with us. I just wish there was more consideration in this world for others. Overall though, not too bad.
