3 stars only bc workers are great! Restaurant didn't have items on limited menu 2 times. Also went to restaurant & was told it would be a long time for service with only 3 tables seated in dining room. However their breakfast is pretty decent. In rooms, some furniture needs to be replaced. Tub drain in BR is all patched up with something white kinda making it look dirty. Marriott needs to do better. Much better. Prices are high. You want what you pay for.

Clean and the rooms were nice. There was a wedding going on so the hallways were kind of loud but the bed was comfortable.

What a well run hotel!! The staff is really great here! Lily and the front desk ladies were all fantastic, super friendly, extra helpful, and give off the impression that they really enjoy working there together. Dave helped us with the seminar we held in the ballrooms and was great to talk to. He checked on me regularly and made sure we always had fresh coffee and kept the area clean and tidy the whole day, which definitely doesn’t happen everywhere we hold these seminars. Tina in the restaurant/bar was fantastic and remembered us and our drink orders both days we came by. The food was AMAZING, still thinking about the perfectly cooked salmon and asparagus. All around great hotel, very clean and felt fancy! You can tell they don’t cut corners and strive to provide guests with a comfortable room and relaxing place to stay for however long you’re there and for whatever reason you’re there. Big thank you to the entire staff, we will definitely be back!

The rooms and property are nice as are the amenities offered. Frankly my issue stems from myself leaving an article of clothing behind in my room after I checked out. I have attempted to contact the housekeeping department via phone three times now and have not gotten a response back, you can only leave a message for a person who will NEVER return your call. I have also left two messages with the General Manager of the property just to try and peacefully get my shirt back when I know for a fact that I left it in the room. This leads to the impression that they do not return lost items and as such I feel that they have stolen from me. I understand that this is one shirt however as someone who also works in hotels, I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of professionalism from the management at this hotel and will never stay here again after this experience.

There is walking distance to restaurants. Oh, visit Fritzes bakery, right across from the Sheraton Hotel. It's right across the street to the Right if you face the entrance of the hotel.

Train is short taxi ride, several buses go to the mall and surrounding area, possibly 5-10 min walk from some buses. Maybe less for more since accross the street is seaseme place

No. If you stay on the club level there is a breakfast available in the club room. But it is nothing like a real brunch buffet. But it is eggs, Danish, cereal, Coffee and juices
