Really bad customer service. I took my mother to clean her criminal record and the person who we had the consultation with was rude and judged my mother. Idk how but we hired them. Yes, it was our fault but we needed to clean her record asap. They are taking their sweet time and for every new step they want to charge more money. We’ve paid so far because once again we need this record cleaned. But now my mother calls and they don’t return the phone calls. It has been about 1 year and they are barely asking for her fingerprints. If you are in need of a fast service look somewhere else!
