I cannot say enough bad things about them in the space provided. They strung me along in hopes of referring my case out to another firm and getting a referral fee. When they were unsuccessful, after over a year, they dumped me. They couldn’t even tell me when my statute of limitations would be. In the email they sent saying they couldn’t represent me (yes, I didn’t even get a phone call), they listed the wrong defendant company! It is obvious these people just want to refer you and do nothing with your case so they can get a cut of your settlement. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Questions & Answers

What kind of compensation is available from a Los Angeles brain injury lawsuit?

Heidi Henry | Aug 24, 2020
John Thomas | Aug 24, 2020

In general, compensatory damages can be compensated for current and future medical expenses, lost income, and pain and suffering. When harm is found to be deliberate or egregious, there may be punitive damages. Assessing the importance of an injury to the brain or spinal cord depends on many factors. It is critical to work with qualified legal counsel if you or a loved one is experiencing debilitating injury. Settling an insurance or legal claim before you hit a point of full medical recovery could result in your injuries being undervalued, leaving you with no long-term medical care coverage available.

How Much is my Personal Injury Case Worth?

Nick Flair | Aug 24, 2020

There is no way to accurately valuate the argument, but the estimated value can be guessed. The benefit of your claim covers the economic damage such as medical treatment expenses, loss of income, payment for support you need around the home, and physical care.

How soon after I am injured do I have to file a lawsuit?

Shah Angelento | Aug 24, 2020
Kenneth Jolly | Aug 24, 2020

The timeframe that you have to file a lawsuit is referred to as the limitation period. If you do not file a lawsuit before the statute of limitations expires, then your case will be barred forever. For most personal injury actions In California, like car accidents, you have to file a lawsuit against the responsible parties for two years from the date of your injury.
