Hello my name is Sharron Lewis I was experiencing lots of trouble on my 2016 Kia optima the dealer was giving me the run around going all around the real problem which was my engine that was giving me trouble stalling and constantly loosing power shaking etc.this happen to me 4 times every three weeks out of every month for about 2 and half months I finally got feed up with being stranded.and decided to do my own research and I googled we're there any problems with Kia optima and I found out about California consumer's Attorneys.it was a Friday late evening so I filled in my information pertaining to my Kia optima And first thing Monday morning I received a call back about the information I filled out online form a very nice person named Seth he was very sensitive to my situation that I had explained on the online form and he gave me very valued information which I put in place and everything worked out for me from that point which I knew my car was needing an engine from the way it was running and he informed me that the lawsuit has paid out on Kia last year which was 2021 of August and that I could contact Kia consumer which I did and I am so forever grateful for Seth giving me this value information that I had not filled out this particular app online pertaining to the trouble I was having out of my Kia there is no telling where I could be at this moment still without my car still with questions unanswered so please if anyone is having trouble out of their kids please give California consumer attorneys a call they have been a great aspiration in my life cuz I could have been out of thousands of dollars trying to replace the engine so if you have your car still under warranty please I repeat give California consumer attorneys a call Seth was awesome!!! This review is long overdue and that certainly doesn’t take away for my appreciation for California Consumer Attorneys. I had been dealing with multiple issues with my vehicle from shortly after the purchase, with one defect leaving me with a lifelong issue, and I was getting nowhere. The dealership had even witness some of the issues first hand but I was still left jumping through hoops. A vehicle may be presumed to be a "lemon" if your vehicle has been in the shop an unreasonable number of times for warranty issues, is not the same quality as other vehicles, or has had its value, use, or safety compromised due to defects, then it may likely qualify as a lemon.
