This is more of a high end thrift store, think boutique, beautiful, clean and very well organized layout. Alot of the clothes are higher priced than your typical Goodwill. The clothing side of it is on the corner, and the rest a few stores down. Lots of awesome collectables to look through. Friendly staff.

High quality items in a well laid out store, easy to walk around and see everything. Books, toys, games, furniture, and home goods in one storefront, and clothes next door means its a lot easier to find what you're looking for! Got a great, funky-patterned men's wool sweater for $9, saw a lot of cool, quality, and designer vests, sweaters, tops, jeans, courdoroy bottoms, and mens clothes for low prices as well.

I never meet that case that they shamed me. They’re very good. I brought a blue dress with a collar of Elizabeth style 9 years ago. I love it so much. Although somebody told me it was may from death people but I don’t care. Now I live in Santa Rosa long but I always remember them. Sometimes I went back to see you and bought some little stuff.That’s so beautiful !

I've been to alphabet soup charity clothing store too many times to count. The last time was a few days ago. My mother & I hadn't been there long when she had an emergency. I told the ladies she had an emergency & could she use their restroom. They said the closest was Petaluma Market. I implied she couldn't wait that long. They just shrugged their shoulders. My mother was distressed. She told them she wouldn't be back. A man who I feel fairly certain worked there, then mocked my mother. We walked home, which is close to the distance it would have been to the Market. My mother has not only been a customer of theirs for years, she also sends her nieces there when they're in town with plenty of money to spend. My mother is well known in the area, having lived here for many years & managed a well known antique shop for numerous years. Here's the deal, she may not remember what happened, but I will. When I'm in town, I will discourage her from going there, but if I can't, be assured I will not spend a dime there. I will also be sure to pass on the "uncharitable" behavior of this charity to all of my many family members who live here. This will not break the bank, but it will leave this charity name tainted. P.S. If you really don't have a restroom on the premises, shame on the employees for not convincing me & having such a cavalier attitude about an elderly woman in distress.
