The icecream is so rich and creamy ...delicious!! You can taste the freshness & organicness! My new favorite ice cream ....once you eat this, other icecream is ugh.....blah. Dutch chocolate and mint chocolate chip.....heading back to Vitamin Cottage to pick up the other flavors! Addicted!

If I could give this family business 10 stars I would...so, here's ten stars for a job well done!!! I came across your products yesterday, and I have to say, I'm so pleased that I did. My husband and I were brought up on milk as children, then gave it up because of allergies to it later in life. Until we came upon your products, we had no idea that milk would ever taste as good as it did when we were children. WE LOVE YOUR DIARY PRODUCTS...PLEASE, NEVER CHANGE. We're so proud of you and your family...including the cows. Great work girls...

I am a loyal supporter of Straus Family Creamery and enjoy making steamed custard with their product. I contacted them last Friday and explained that I had a problem with the last third of a bottle of milk. The woman that answered the phone was very understanding and I sent her pictures of the issue. On Monday I opened an envelope from Straus and was so gratified to find several coupons to replace the milk that I had to throw away. I am 69 and have been so appalled at the horrendous lack of customer exhibited by most retail companies. STRAUS is a stellar example of what good old fashion customer service should be. I also received a follow up call and learned that they pay the dairymen whom they purchase their milk from, MORE than the minimum price that they could pay to support their suppliers. WHAT AN AMAZING COMPANY!!! PLEASE SUPPORT THIS HONORABLE AND ETHICAL COMPANY!!!!
