Please avoid this shop and I say this respectfully. I called in advance about availability for pedicures and was told to come in. Upon my arrival the woman at the front desk with a deep voice (Lily) was clearly rushed. Once in the back and she began the pedicure, she was frequently getting up, answering phone calls and paying attention to just about everything else other than doing my nails. When I asked her why she didn’t push the cuticle back on my left toes as she did on my right toes, she immediately became defensive and combative. When I further suggested that she was rushing she condescendingly told me there were additional steps to the pedicure as if I had never had one. Rather than admitting that she missed a step because she was rushed, she was completely rude. There are way too many shops in Columbia to waste your money here and be rushed during a time that should be relaxing. Additionally, her frequent use of the word “girl” felt very uncomfortable as it was not how she addressed her white customers.

John was my nail tech and he was so amazing. He did my prom nails and they were so beautiful. He took his time and did a wonderful job. He made sure I was comfortable and cracked a lot of jokes. 10/10 experience

First time going and I won’t be returning . I made an appointment, showed up on time for them to say they are running behind and to come back 30-40 min. I was irritated but figured I’d go run an errand in the mean time … I get back in my car and drive away all for them to call me back saying they can take me now …. So I turned around and drove back . At first I thought the nail tech was doing great on time but I then realized she was rushing to accommodate others . Due to that she didn’t allow the primer to dry before applying my acrylic and that caused my nails to burn IMMENSELY. That is literally nail tech 101 on what NOT to do . After being late and making me unnecessarily leave the tech then got up twice in the middle of doing my service to answer phones and tend to people coming in even tho there were other people to do so. My nails look decent but It wasn’t worth the issues or the pain . I never ask for discounts for anything but you’d think they wouldn’t charge me full price after all that .

I got a pedicure done yesterday. Gel polish...and today I wore closed in shoes. Please tell me why my gel polish looks like I put my shoes on without letting my toes dry. I'm so disappointed. Because I thought the young lady did a good job. I believe this gel polish must be old because my toes look a mess. And again I got my toes done a whole day before and I got gel polish.
