I placed an order at 11:40pm for delivery. I received a message on the site while browsing that as long as I place it by midnight it would be delivered. If they are short staffed or don’t have a driver I can an understand, but a courtesy call at the least dang. I was expecting my food for the past 20 mins. I could have ordered somewhere else if I knew they cancelled the order 4 minutes after placing. Too late now.

My online ordering was great. The driver was polite but not punctual. I received a text at 1:14 saying he had entered my neighborhood and would arrive shortly. I was tracking him on the tracker, and at 1:14 he was not in my neighborhood. There is only one road in the neighborhood, we are five houses in once you enter the neighborhood. It takes approximately 1 minute once you enter the neighborhood. Yet, he did not get to my house until 1:26. The pizza and cinnamon twists were both lukewarm. This was not a pleasant dining experience.
