I have been a customer at this dealership for several years and never had any issues prior. I actually always drove out of my way to go to this dealership instead of one closer to me because Byers always had wonderful customer service and they took great care of my car. However, I remember this dealership being decently busy whenever I used to take my car in and it was rather dead today. I didn't think much of it until I got charged $200 today for one hour of labor so they could inspect (not even replace) a part. Once they found the part was faulty, they wanted to charge me almost $300 more for the same part/labor than the dealerships closer to me would charge. This has really saddened me because I am going to miss the friendly staff at this location, but it's not worth the sticker shock. Edit: I sent a message to the email that was provided in their comment and was told that the service manager was going to reach out to me. However, that has not happened as of today.

Troy was a great salesman! The whole staff at Byers was a fresh breath of air after having a horrible experience at Toyota Direct. The showroom is much more warm and inviting. Take the extra 20-30 mins and go to Byers in Delaware instead!
