The worst customer service at the pharmacy. They are so unprofessional.

This pharmacy is mediocre at best. The customer service is the worst. I went to the pharmacy yesterday to pick up my sons slew of medications since he is very sick.I asked when they would have the medicine they said they could possibly be getting it tomorrow(which wasn’t a problem). I called them today and they said they had none in stock. I then called Walgreens and thank goodness they had the medicine. Because no one answered the phone or fax the Walgreens pharmacist sent, I actually had to go and make sure they faxed over my sons antibiotics to the Walgreens (come to find out it can take 2 hours to receive a electronic fax) and as a side note The other pharmacist waited on hold for a hour and had to hang up. In fact I even had to give them the Walgreens fax number. I’m disappointed and hoping this experience doesn’t have my son in the ER. I honestly thought the job of a pharmacist was to help facilitate care to people in need of medication. If you or your child needs a life saving medicine DON’T GO HERE. Thanks for nothing CVS pharmacy on Philadelphia and middle river rd.

I transferred my Rx from the Campbell BLVD CVS in Target. Some of the front of house staff are not helpful. For example, you have a script on order it is not available (ok no big deal shortages happen). Some scripts cannot be transferred without writing a new script (again no big deal). However, after 5 days when you come in and ask - you shouldn’t be told it isn’t available when it is. Some staff wont check they will just say unavailable. My point is this if you have been waiting 5 days they should just fill it. Instead you wait some random amount of time. Honestly they just don’t care.
