I cleared all of my dogs needs when making my reservation, and the day of my trip I was told they would not let her stay. She needs a simple eye ointment that their staff assured me would not be a problem, but now they refuse to administer it. They are admitting that they made this promise, but are unwilling to accommodate it. Do not board here unless you want to risk missing your vacation.

Ms. Kim at Petsmart in Columbia, MD is an amazing Yorkshire Terrier groomer. She has been our groomer for over 15 years and she is just like family! We love her, Winston smiles at her, and she is had great customer service.

Former PetSmart Store Director of Store 307 in Central Orlando, FL here… My husband, our 150-lbs Great Dane: Noble, our two cats: Grace & Franky (yes, like the Netflix show!), and I are frequent fliers of this location. We have always had extremely pleasant experiences, and continue to return. Today, the store did not have a product in stock that I was looking for. The male associate toward the rear of the store was nice enough to triple check back-stock, as well as other locations via the inventory system to locate the product. He advised Laurel had two in stock, and that he’d call over to verify. Of course, Laurel denied having stock. I decided to drive to Laurel to verify for myself. Low and behold, 2 bags of the veterinary diet I was looking for! Made my nearly $300 purchase, and let the manager know (who answered the phone call from Columbia and told falsities) that he needed to do better. From all of us, to you Team Columbia—thank you!
