infested with roaches. advising all tenants to check behind their refrigerators because i was doing spring cleaning and found a roaches nest behind mine. I called the office and they did not fix the situation, my ac broke over a month ago and they didn't fix it i had to go buy a whole new ac for the window which is pretty tacky since the entire development has central air. I also have an emotional support pet that obviously required cool air during those 100 degree days so i had to buy two separate units. and also the manager Carrie is very rude and unprofessional. She mad me feel unwelcome and intimidated throughout the duration of my lease. Good luck getting a phone call back regarding any issues you may have and expect multiple nasty emails throughout the day. other than that, rent at your own risk

I live here from 2014 - 2017! Price was amazing and their trash company picked up the trash every night. I am now a home owner, but this place has been an amazing place to live! Very safe!

The Apartments are spacious, have up to date appliances, and the neighborhood is very clean. Aside from this observation, when applying, leasing manager Amy Mitchell was such a pleasure to work with. She made the application process seamless and super easy for me. She is attentive, responds through email promptly, and helped educate me in the process . I would recommend her and this community to anyone who is interested. Thanks Amy! I’m excited to be apart of the community.
