3 stars because the food was super fresh; However, the fact that most of the employees are African Americans and u guys have the nerves to not have ice for probably more than two weeks now is a major problem and says alot about whoever is apart of the chain of command.Its hot in Florida! I don't recall seeing an ice shortage.I suggest the top ppl get some darn ICE ASAP.Might I also add that your free frosty's are smaller than every other side of town.With the lack of not having ice at all and nothing too compensate for that for customers get the cups that aren't a cheat too your customers.

Worst Wendy’s EVER! When their systems aren’t “down” they are always out of SOMETHING! We pulled up to the DT this morning before 1030 the guy asked us to wait and did not acknowledge us until After 1030 and then proceeds to say well y’all know we aren’t serving breakfast anymore. Of course we left. This store is trash just needs to close down.

This Wendy's might as well close, the worst Wendy's in Jax! Always outta ice, sweet tea, fountain drinks. I honestly cannot see how this location stays open. It always disappoints.

They, like most businesses often have changing deals. I believe now it is to get free fries with any purchase.
Dave has long since left us. Wendy waited until he was gone to dip her feet in, and has brought the grade of beef to a gristly, new low. Managers are forced to intake fewer supplies, have no incentives for employees, and disappointingly pandered to fads to validate price-hikes for revenue. Dave's family-friendly business-model is dearly missed. Try the one on Emerson!
They probably do but I will never know. Want use them ever again . That visit was the third bad experience I had in a order their. That night they were out of chili & almost every fountain drink ,so ordered 4 for $4 meal once received drove down Atlantic & stopped at public which is a block away. Decided to eat before I went in grabbed fries they were cold & greasy, open burger which was also cold,old & cheese was ice cold. Decided to take back. When advised this a drive thru advised they would fix me another before I could drive to the first window I quess she was manager handed me a bag to replace my order . Could feel bag hot. Drove off did have hot fries this time, but when opened burger you could tell it was apparently put in microwave as cheese ran out over my clothes, lettuce, tomato & burger fried to a crisp & I'm sure their are 2 other bad experiences I had their.

I had a bad experience at the Wendy on Atlantic and university. When I called the lady was extremely nice, but when I got there the waiter was so rude, I was afraid to give my grandkids the nuggets
