I am submitting this review in support of Danielle. I am quite aware that we have had quite a few property managers since my wife and I have lived here. For the most part, they have been very good property managers. However, I am just wondering why Danielle has not been offered/ given the opportunity to be a property manager. Is Danielle being overlooked? She has been very supportive of us. In addition, the service that she has given us has simply been outstanding. As for the service that she has provided for us, I simply do not know what more she has to do to be promoted to the position of property manager. I am not sure of how many people are aware of the role that Danielle plays here. She is an asset to the Darley Green community and it should be made known. Danielle's contributions to Darley Green should be acknowledged and compensated.

Love this place. The location is well-kept and extremely convenient for shopping, travel, schooling, dining out, etc. The recreation room, fitness center, and pool are great amenities to be enjoyed by all. But what's really great is the office and maintenance staff. I have lived here over 3 years and my concerns have always been addressed in a quick, proficient, and amicable manner.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our two years at Darley green, We honestly couldn't of asked for a better apartment complex and I wish we could pick up the entire complex and move it with us. Ricky and her staff are always so attentive and ready and willing to always answer questions or anything you need. The complex and hallways are always kept so clean and they make sure to keep it that way. The neighbors are always friendly, Its funny I always compare where we live now to this place because it was just that great! :). Trust me when I say live here.

I finally got an apartment in the community and wanted to revisit my previous review as getting into a waitlist sometime may seem little confusing. If you deny an apartment that’s offered, you are again placed in the waitlist and even if you are at 8th or 10th position in the waitlist, there is a good chance of getting an apartment because many a people stay on the list just because they have paid of it. If you do get one that you like, then you have pretty much what you have seen on the day of the tour. Community is very well managed and I love the accessibility. Grocery is at walking distance and I just love it. Previous written: PLEASE READ before you plan to go: In Short - they put you in waitlist, then first offer a crapy unit which is neither listed in their website and nor do they tell you is under the management during tour. It's above the commercial units (like Subway on the Philedelphia pike when you enter the community). These units are smaller (1140 sq.ft 2br 2ba) and you never get your $300 + $50 per applicant fee back if you decline the crappy unit. And then you are back to the long waitlist or loose money.
