Really enjoyed living here, the townhouse unit was a fantastic value with a washer/dryer, lots of room, and ample parking. The neighborhood/area is safe, never had a problem and it is conviently located to a grocery store and good food options. Scott the landlord was great and understanding, easy to talk to, and the maintenance team addressed issues promptly.

I enjoy living here. The landlord Scott is easy to talk to and addresses complaints immediately. The maintenance crew are nice guys and explain everything and make sure they do things correctly the 1st time around. I would recommend.

The landlord Scott is the best landlord I've ever had. He's very understanding with anything that's come up and has helped me with any problem I've had. He just does anything possible to make everybody happy in the development. Also any problem that's required maintenance has been promptly addressed by the maintenance crew.

My wife and I lived at Rivercroft for 3 years. It had a great apartment at a great price. The people who lived there kept to themselves, it was quiet. Lots of trees and shade, we had bird feeder and grill out back, we really enjoyed living at rivercroft. Maintenance was always prompt, very nice and helpful.
