I love Woodacres. Ms. Carlene Chinici (the property manager) is seriously one of the MOST helpful, caring & sweet landlords I've ever met in my whole life. She really went above & beyond for my family & I MULTIPLE times. She really cares about her tenants & always goes out of her way to do her best to help them anyway she can. Another employee from Woodacres who really stands out to me is Ms. Holly Izzi (from the leasing office) she really is just BEYOND helpful, friendly & has also gone way above & beyond to help Me & my neighbors as well. Both of these ladies are just so sweet & professional. They make living in Woodacres a breeze & an overall awesome experience. The maintenance team is also great as well. Any issues I've had in my apartment have been taken care of immediately as in the same day I reported it or atleast within 24 hours at the most. I've personally never had any major issues in my place. Woodacres apartments are good quality, clean & newly renovated. Everyone who works here though is just very personable and really make you feel like you're family. If you want to rent from a place that is helpful, friendly & going to care about you then I suggest you seriously give this place a try.

I am so glad to be out of there! The parking lot is busy until 2 am with inconsiderate residents that think you should hear their music blasting out of their cars. The garbage dumpsters overflow every weekend, because they are inadequate. We paid an early buyouy of $1575 to leave early, and although we left a spotless apartment 2 days early, they withheld $51.00for a rent penalty for December 1. Find another place to live. There are nicer places all around Claymont.

Apartments cost too much for what you get. No balconies. The controlled access front doors are a bonus. And a fairly decent neighborhood we're not much goes on. Very close to gas station and Wawa and home depot. Also a CVS nearby.

Management lie about the Condition of the apartment to keep the security deposit! In the beginning I gave a good review but I changed it because of Management !Keep the deposit! Bldg 909 got teenagers come in and out and they sleep in the hallway in front of your door anyway and its not safe and the weed smoking is through out the whole bldg! Dont rent here!!!
