I have been in this apartment for 7 years. I appreciate the maintenance team. Very professional and helpful any time of the day. I liked the previous management. Very friendly and understanding. I feel it is time to leave now. I asked for carpet change after 7 years and I was told only during the month of renewal. I asked at list for carpet cleaning which was turned down. Increasing the rent every year with out any cap is the other problem. It is going to push me out because it feels like a punishment to stay longer when I am expected to pay more than the newer tenants. Where is loyalty appreciation. I still gave you 5 star because I was satisfied and felt safe to live here.

I agree with the prior comments regarding the security deposit. Don't expect to get it all back. Before 2018 I had very nice neighbors. Since 2018, dirty and loud neighbors moved in. I had 3 in my apartment: 1) The dirty one smoked cigarettes threw butts around the building & main door 2) The noisy family constantly yelled at each other and their kids 3) The other dirty one messed up the hallways with Christmas tree leaves and various thrash One of my neighbors that I can't identify brought bedbugs to the hallways. That bedbug walked to my apartment. When I complained to management, she sent an exterminator guy. The guy couldn't find any other bedbug other than the sample yet she decided to charge me for extermination of MY APARTMENT. I refused because I didn't want to poison my apartment for the sole bedbug one of my disgusting neighbors brought over. She did it anyway after I moved out and took away my security deposit. She said the lease has specific exemption for bedbugs (which is true, if it originates from your apt you pay for it), and she had to go by the exterminator's advice. Well, of course the exterminator is looking for a quick buck and he advised her to do it "just in case". Well, "just in case" doesn't imply real damage does it? Anyway, if you rent there, I hope you don't end up with disgusting neighbors like I did because you might end up paying for their mistakes.

Spent a little over 2 year living here. Management is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance responds very quickly and fixes everything properly. Pool and fitness center are very nice. Very quiet other than hearing my neighbor above walking around, but that's apartment life. Parking is never a problem. Have a nice upgraded one bedroom apartment with den. Newer air conditioners in bedroom and living room, plenty of outlets and fairly new dish washer and microwave. Not sure about all the negative reviews, bit this has been the best apartment complex I've lived in during the 13 years I've been living on my own.

Apartment managers are rude and they lie to tenants. They are poor communicators amongst each other. One doesn't know what the other said or did.They fail to inform tenants in advance of maintenance issue: water shut offs, etc. Overall, office staff is unprofessional. Parking is super tight. It's difficult to get groceries and other packages into the building, since all have tons of steps and you often park far away from the building. You can pay rent online, but be cautious, they will wait 5 or more days to retrieve payment so don't forget that the payment hasn't been withdrawn. Lastly, tenant does not control heat. Thermostat in apt doesn't do a thing but tell you the temperature. You get one air conditioner in the entire unit, located in the living room area. Prepare to sleep in the living room all summer. I made a huge mistake :/
