I would advise anyone who is interested in this place to first visit and see in person the unit you are inquiring about before applying. Secondly ask current resident(s) about his/her experience there and make sure you know and have all required paperwork on hand and apply in person. The management will deliberately drag out the application process to keep from returning the hefty 500.00 holding fee in the event you decide you don't want to move there. resident complaints of roach and mice infestations are true, the reviews are not bogus. So just do your homework before applying.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! This place is the worst place you can choose. If you are thinking of moving here DO NOT! They will scam you and nickel and dime you for every cent they can. The apartments have roaches and mice and they will do nothing about it. This place is terrible, the management is terrible, everything about it is terrible. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!. Please do yourself a favor and don’t

That 7000 building had nothing but some of the meanest roaches ever. We just moved out. That 3rd floor was disgusting. No matter how much you clean, it doesn't help. They're crawling all over the walls & in the light fixtures.

I live in the 7000 building, I’ve lived here going on 3 years, I have no complaints, 1. The management has been great to me and my girlfriend, they are very understanding when it comes to certain situations they actually Have help me out in numerous ways And gone out of their way to do so. Getting an apartment was easy and on par for what you would expect the process to be. Lots of paperwork ” A+“ 2. Maintenance , here is where they could do a bit better. AC unit in bedroom not in use do to mold and leaks. The maintenance staff is friendly and they have a tough ask to keep up with all the units I give them a “C” 3. Overall state of the building, it’s good, good paint Aesthetically pleasing, nice plants and outdoor views of the building. Interior looks great as well. I greet the cleaning man every morning on my way to work. Solid “B” 4. Out door amenities: Tennis courts are good pool is nice. The grounds are quite beautiful in the spring with the lovely trees and stonework adorning the front of the building “B” 5.My experience as a whole of the 7000 building and the management has not been bad. It’s a bit pricey sure but its a competitive market for the area, if there’s an issue Maintenance comes within a day, always professional courteous and clean. Plenty of parking, and I’ve seen 4 roaches since I’ve lived here. A lot of people live in these buildings and I expect it to a degree, it’s in acceptable range in my opinion. My overall grade of Whitney Apartments 7000 building is “B” it’s good with a little room for improvement, but not much, I’d recommend living here. A special thanks to the Management and all of the staff for all of your help and selflessness during these trying times.
