Mina Zand Rose is a stellar, patient human being. Her customer service is one of the best I have ever experienced. The State Farm team is lucky to have her. I am looking forward to working with her more in the future!

Over the years that I lived in So. California I never had use for my insurance, but what I found so reassuring about having Fariba’s office handling my insurance needs is that I never felt as though I were just another client. When it came time to call on them to help me, they always started by making sure I was okay and reassuring me with their professionalism and class that matters would be handled as quickly as possible with as little interruption to my life as possible. I have always been reassured by my insurers. Now that I have moved out of state, I will miss the confidence of knowing I am well looked after as much as I will miss living in SoCal.

Kyle Scholton has been a very dependable contact over the years. Fariba’s team have offered me solid advice and guidance - I have never felt more protected, where insurance is concerned. If you’re looking for great rates, excellent coverage, and customer service that is spot-on, look no further.

I have never had a issue with a claim or getting world-class customer service from Fariba and her team. Fariba has been my agent for well over 15 years (multiple policy holder). I don't even live in the LA area anymore and still I do business with Fariba because she is simply the best insurance agent I have ever had an association with.Highly recommend both Fariba as an agent and State Farm as an insurance company. Any concern/question I've ever had, Fariba has always been quick to address it and resolve it in a professional and timely manner.
