I love the Orangetheory workout but especially at the Solano-Albany studio. I've been to several other studios locally and in Seattle and this one is my favorite. The layout is the best, the equipment is well maintained, it's super clean, the coaches keep the music and mic at a reasonable volume (it's often too loud for me in other studios). The coaches are all first rate and make the workout fun - I keep achieving goals I weren't sure were possible. The front desk staff are so personable and treat me like a friend. I look forward to seeing their smiling faces every time I come in. Highly recommend.

I've been to multiple orangetheory locations and Solano is definitely my favorite!!! The energy and support of the front desk & coaches is unmatched. They really make working out fun. Coach Mikey is my favorite, I love his energetic and motivational personality. I always recommend otf Solano to all my friends.

OTF Solano - coaches and staff have been key in my return to fitness. While they follow the corporate templates like a large chain - they bring in their warm personalities and take deep interest in your week being. Shout out to the staff and coaches for living the motto and even working out with the members! They helped with my half marathon and take interest in your overall well being not just the classes they provide! Brittney leads from the front, Kenzie, Justin, Jules, Tommy, Vanessa for always being organized and Katie, Nicole and Michael (and earlier Paige) for their consistent coaching!

I love the way that things are mixed up and the structure really enables you to push yourself. You know you’ll get a recovery and the coaches do a great job of previewing the workout for you. It’s the fastest hour workout I’ve ever done.I feel so great after every class knowing that I’ve done something good for my physical and mental health. The Solano studio is so friendly and I love the music. I feel like a total meathead- I joined a week ago and haven’t stopped talking about how much I love it!
