Nice place to walk around and enjoy the wind. A number of sculptures made of scrap materials are there to amuse you. And there’s a swing at the west end as well.

The perfect hike for the artistic spirit! We enjoyed this coastal stroll as we took in the reflective art pieces which bring peace of mind and heart! It was the perfect spot to take my family on a birthday outing after a lovely East Bay brunch. Heads up- the bathrooms were locked, and parking is a little tricky on Sundays.

I love this place exploring the ever changing art and beautiful landscape. Sunset views are amazing. Every visit I find a new view. The walk is mostly flat and lots of little places that lead off road. Gets busy during the day parking may be hard in the evening around the Golden hour I've never had an issue find a spot. Dog friendly but some dogs are off leash so dog parents you've been warned. There's a small beach at the entrance and a sweeping view of the Golden gate Bridge and San Francisco.

Dogs absolutely have a blast here. For hoomans, feels like a treasure hunt as you discover art pieces along the way while enjoying the city skyline views. Hidden gem!

"Rangers" have nothing to do with the Bulb. The Bulb is not (yet) managed or patrolled by EBRPD -- it Is still managed by the city of Albany. EBRPD controls the beach, the dunes, and the plateau. Albany controls the lower road and the outer bulb, so there your concern is the Albany police. (Unless there have been recent authority changes.) In either area, probably no one will care unless your art efforts are somehow hazardous, obscene, or environmentally harmful. I once expressed to the EBRPD that it would be good to have one park where art constructions would be tolerated, to keep them from appearing in other, more-natural parks.
You may post on PIDO or Nextdoor and possibly get help :)
Lots of different paths. You can make a loop in about three quarters of a mile to a mile total...
Not sure, but there is, or used to be, a ".org" Bulb website.
Light it up and see what happens. You'd probably be out of firewood before anybody could make the hike out to you. Except maybe Seal Team 6. Watch out for Seal Team 6.
Why yes it is, keep in mind it's very windy and cold most days.
