"Rangers" have nothing to do with the Bulb. The Bulb is not (yet) managed or patrolled by EBRPD -- it Is still managed by the city of Albany. EBRPD controls the beach, the dunes, and the plateau. Albany controls the lower road and the outer bulb, so there your concern is the Albany police. (Unless there have been recent authority changes.) In either area, probably no one will care unless your art efforts are somehow hazardous, obscene, or environmentally harmful. I once expressed to the EBRPD that it would be good to have one park where art constructions would be tolerated, to keep them from appearing in other, more-natural parks.
It's an art-positive space. Probably no one will care.
Regardless if you get caught...you will ruin the view for others.
Was visiting & saw the various artwork/graffiti. All was good. Not exactly car friendly terrain. Small canvas space, but i dont kniw the laws our there. I'm from NH. Just visiting. Probay, keep it from being vulgar or insensitive and it will stay. All good!
Good question, depends really on the ranger. They generally stick to the trails that have trash cans and are easily accessible by truck.
