Liberty Pointe is close to where I work and convenient for shopping. I love that there is a washer/dryer in the apartment and Kristine and Jo are receptive and responsive. I will be renewing when my lease comes up in the fall!

location is great, real close to the mall. i can walk to get groceries. quiet neighborhood. renovations of the common areas and front door security panels are great!

The management of this apartment is the finest. All staff members are very professional, warm, and friendly. They are prompt in responding to my needs (if I have any) and diligent in ensuring my stay is enjoyable, peaceful, and safe. The best of all is the price when you compare that to the value of service received. I'll do it over again.

First of all this place does not deserve to get any stars but this is a requirement by Google. Second I have been a previous resident at this apartment. This apartment has lot of issues, When I first move into the apartment I told them the carpet is old and need to be changed. The lady who works in the office said she will change the carpet. when I got into the apartment and moved all of my stuff I surprisingly found that the carpet was not been replaced it was just been cleaned. In which the women who work in the office pacifically said that she will replace the carpets but she didn't she lied so that I could sign the lease after I sign the lease they did what they want to do. Then the big shock when I start to live in the apartment I start seeing cockroaches coming out of the stove I was screaming I was terrified to see cockroaches coming out. I called the office they came in they said they cannot be able to do anything the cockroaches come out from the wall. The only thing they can do is to spray poison around the apartment. But that did not help and the situation just got even worst the Cockroaches were coming out from the stove at night they were in the middle of my bedroom they were in the bathroom living room all over the place it was a mess. Other issue they have is Neighbors loud music they need to have a firm policy against loud music. I have reported several times of a loud music coming from the neighbors. They said they will deal with it but they did not do anything. the parties were going on all night and the loud music was on until morning it was very difficult to be able to sleep and wake up the next day to go to work. These apartments are very old with old appliances old carpet it's just disgusting they need to do a lot of updates they need to do a lot of changes and they need to have a really firm policy for loud music. Parking is another issue as well if you were late from work you will never find a parking spot. you just going to have to keep on waiting for someone to come out of the spot and then you can park it's just ridiculous. they don't have another spot for parking. I would not recommend living in this apartment with all these issues especially with the Cockroaches that they have unless you can deal with them and be able to live with roaches then that's the right place for you.
