DO NOT USE THIS PLACE AS A VIRTUAL ADDRESS! Or for any other services. Where is the original owner?! They call themselves Copy Cafe now, and need to take her business name off the building. This place went from a clean comfortable, and professional environment to what looks like somebody using it as a storage facility. What happened? It's dirty and looks like a hoarder took over. I was told after the fact that there are only two days and specific times of the week to pick up mail. No where is that in writing. I am supposed to be able to get my mail during business hours. Not when the young man feels like showing up. I am beyond disappointed. Black Owned businesses have a stigma as it is, and this place reinforces every stereotype. The young man who manages the virtual address service was rude. I called the 800 number to inquire about my mail and you would think he was hiding out afraid to answer questions. He was evasive and reluctant to answer the most basic questions.I am through!

I ended up at Copy City due to a lack of helpfulness/professionalism/courtesy at FedEx/Walgreens a few blocks away. I was very impressed by the professionalism and helpfulness of the employees at Copy City. They even gave me a free bag of Cheetos! I also like the fact that they’re a family owned business and a black owned business. I will definitely use them for any future copy needs!
