D In Darkness

The woman who works behind the glass window are very rude and have a very bad attitude. My card wouldn't chip into the machine and the woman who worked there said I can't help you unless you chip in your card which I told her I already did. Her tone in the way she said was very dismissive & she handed me my receipt without so much as... Have a good day. Plus the lines are ALWAYS LONG and very SLOW! There is always two people working behind the desks and people be waiting forever in line. They need to hire more staff to pick up the pace who have better attitudes and who knows how to talk to customers. I never write reviews but I definitely won't be coming back anymore to deliver my packages. Don't waist your time coming here unless you have the patience to stand in line and deal with rude workers

Worst location!!! Parking is bad and filthy, workers are worse! They lack proper customer service(even the ones that are close to retirement)or just decide who they want to speak to correctly. They open and steal your mail(which is a federal crime) you put on hold. I had a letter with money and also gift cards not given(I have informed mail and I advise everyone to get that). This location is garbage and the workers bring the value down! Guess they keep this location open for the elderly in the community? honestly the governments money could go elsewhere;Do Better BlackPeople, sorry excuse for Federal Employees!

The office was a little crowded. The line was long specially for the 6 feet distance. It's a nice building, clean and organized. When I arrived to the window the lady welcome me with a smile! I had some questions and she patiently helped me. She was pretty helpful and friendly even when she was having a busy day!

This postal service office is great! The women here are very helpful with each question and are very knowledgeable about shipping. They have boxes out and ready to go if you just grab them off of the shelf. This is a very convenient postal office for me and they usually have two workers in here working at a time so the line does go through quickly. I ship things through ebay here and they have done a great shipping standard!
