Overall the service is good, and I don’t have any issues with the staff. I’m a P.O. Box tenant, and it’s dirt cheap to fuel my business. I’m happy I found this post office, and grateful my mail is placed in my box safely. Thanks for all the help!

Employees are extremely rude and service is horrendous. I’ve gotten a P.O. Box with this post office and I always receive my packages late. My dad ordered a Klein Welding bag to our P.O. Box and it’s been a month from the delivered date. I believe they’ve stolen my dads package. The customer service is horrible so I always end up cussing them out. I hate this post office.☺️

Came here at 9am to pick up a package. You go to window 2, nobody was at window 2 but there were 3 other service workers there , one older woman slicked back in a ponytail woman on her cell phone with a friend — Literally sitting in the window with customers in line not saying a word and a man in window 1 just staring, he finished with a customer and literally sat in the window no eye contact or acknowledged anyone waiting. I’m sitting at window 2 for 10 mins with no service and finally I go to the man in window 1 and ask how long it’s going to take (given there are 3 employees, people in line and none of us are acknowledged). He gave me an attitude talking about ‘I don’t know, we rang the bell you just have to wait’. I press him again he gives me the same answer with a rude attitude — and the lady in the red dreads hears the exchange and helps me and another customer out. It took more time of requesting info and help from rude man in window 1 arguing with me than it did to get my package and leave. The only person that did anything was the lady with the red dreads. Thank god for her because I would probably be waiting there for an hour had I not said anything.

Employees are extremely rude and service is horrendous. I had a passport appointment on Saturday which was suddenly canceled and told to be squeezed in Monday morning, when i arrived they had not told me previously that the photo machine was not working so I had to leave the post office to a CVS and go back to the Post Office to get my passport. I wasted 4 hours on something that could have been so simple due to lack of communication and directions from the Post Office.
