I had more than 4 years with this package 3 weeks ago they sent me a box everything was fine in the shipment, until I arrived in Guadalajara the lady in charge in the city of distributing the boxes wanted to charge me for freight according to the weight and size of the box 380 pesos and the location of where they were was 10 minutes from my house. I decided to go for the package. That was an abuse. While other packages charge only $200 pesos in the city for freight.
