Stood at the register while 4 employees took care of the drive through for over 5 minutes without being acknowledged even though they looked at me so I know they knew were there. I had to speak up and ask if they were taking orders in the lobby. It then was a few mor e minutes before someone came to take my order. It was well over 10 minutes before I got a single coffee.

My daily Dunkin’ is one of my favorite things period. The ladies there are an absolute delight. Often, they actually make my day… very often. I work third shift (nobody’s favorite). The moment I get away I stop to see my ladies and get THE MOST AMAZING ICED COFFEE around!!!

I ordered a large matcha tea from dunkin with no ice and they gave me the drink in a large cup but it was a medium amount of tea . I went in and asked why it wasn’t filled all the way and they said it’s bc there’s no ice . But it was a while size down and just because I get no ice I can’t get it filled all the way when I paid for it? They employees were super rude as well

Ridiculous how they can't get the order of 4 old fashioned doughnuts correct. You literally just look at the doughnuts and select the ones that are ordered. They have gotten my order wrong twice. Need new employees that knows the difference in doughnuts. If I could do zero stars I would. And then this was my bacon egg and cheese bagel
