I just wanna say thank you to the guy who said people at Dunkin Donuts donβt speak American!! ππππ That really made my day.
I lived in New England and now in Louisville KY, I have questioned the same issues. First, if they grind it to a powder, it is more likely to taste like tea. Second, depending on how slow it is and lazy the they are you will end up with "not so hot" coffee. Third, in New England the Brazilian owned shops had poor english, but definitely the best tasting coffee... they seem to have a better respect for coffee.
I've never had any difficulty there. The service has always been pleasant.
You would have to call Dunkin Donuts and ask them.
Coffee was warm not hot ,,,please someone tellllll me why,,,tired of going to dunken donuts, and people don't speak American ,if this people are going to be here then they should speak American why do we again have to adjust to some other nationality,we are the people of customers, and remember here in America custmer are right so again another adjustment we have to make ,,,we'll 2 adjustments (that are over looked),,, and 3 rd adjustment will be making my own coffee at home and screw dunken donuts. But this is how I feel about ( foreigners)......
Great service
