I love Duncan but I came up to Louisville from Fl. The Louisville Ky Duncan stores do not make enough blueberry muffins!!! So disappointed. Had to drive way out of my way just to be told “we are out”

Service at 10am: ordered 4 donuts. 1 powdered, 2 strawberry frosting w/ sprinkles and 1 glazed. Out of powdered donuts. Ordered old fashioned. Now they're out of strawberry. Ultimately just left. So frustrating drove 8 min off the interstate to come here. Won't do that again.

I bought 6 donuts and one was bitten and full of slime, my daughter noticed. How disgusting and how bad that people are so dishonest. I believe that the least one deserves as a buyer is to be well attended😔

Always fresh donuts and great drinks. Occasionally they are out of a flavor of donut that’s to be expected with the amount of flavors they have. The staff is usually friendly especially Alexa (or Alexis) she is always super friendly and outgoing. How many recommend stopping in for breakfast or snack.
