Food is inedible and too salty to eat. They're starving these patients and not giving medication right. Lots of screaming and crime at this place. I got my mom there and it's always a problem.

Not one to write reviews but I was very impress with the care that was given to loved one so I felt inspired to show some thanks with the world. Honestly the staff was amazing! Always smiling and always willing to help. We are very pleased with the overall experience here.

Were it not for the therapists, the case manager, one nurse and eventually the nursing director, I'd give this place a MINUS 0. From the admission through the discharge, it was a disaster. The administrator sets the tone..and he has no follow through...though he runs around looking busy. The dietician isn't aware that she wakes people up...she just walks in and starts talking. At least one nurse doesn't believe in gravity...elevation to help relieve swelling, nurses don't understand the meds they're giving out, they don't read orders, 1 evening nurse talks to patients as if they're children. They hold a team meeting with the staff standing around the patient's bed...the most unprofessional meeting I have ever seen in my either my personal life or my professional life which includes health care. Stay away from this facility!!!!! If someone you know is there, don't leave them alone for too long...you must be a strong advocate. Can't emphasize this enough!!!!!

80% of the nurses are FANTASTIC. The Overnight nurses aides don't have compassion at all. Terrible facility for back surgery patients. The beds are so old that the metal has worn down the mattress leaving you in you constant pain. Not a high end or even middle end facility. It is what you make it. Pretty much on your own. Asking for help is like an insult.
