Great location & great service! We visited US Storage in Laguna Hills twice before signing up. Both times the staff (Cris & Andrea) were very helpful and informative. They showed us several spaces and answered all our questions. The units were all clean and in great shape. Highly recommended.

In comparison to other facilities I contacted, US Storage Centers has better pricing and support for their tenants. No other facility offers free of charge a box truck for your convenience in moving items to their site, just replace the gasoline used. Karin, the rental agent is extremely helpful and pleasant to do business with. The facility is well maintained, clean, well illuminated within and out. There are elevator-lifts available to move items to the second floor free. Also; two-wheeled hand trucks and four-wheeled hand dollies are provider to facilitate the moving of items to your storage unit free. The facility is easily accessed from a major street.
