Mixed Reviews. I am giving it 3 star(s) because I haven't lived here long enough, to really form an opinion. However, I will say that the area could use a little pick me up. I think the location is great, and the town-homes are large and a great starter homes. However, the area needs some sprucing up. There are also some junker cars that shouldn't be just hanging around, it looks terrible. Lastly, I've noticed the small area outside of everyone's gate that the home owner is responsible for, needs to be more streamlined, there is no rhyme or reason, some are well maintained others not so much. As the management goes (HOA's), I have only had a friendly welcoming to the neighborhood. In closing. I can't wait to run for the board. I think there needs to be a younger set of eyes here, I missed the cut off this year, yet will tossing my name in the hat next year.

Our family has been here since 2017. We chose this community because it was the best bang for our money. The amenities of this community are good. We have access to 2 pools, 2 Jacuzzi's, 1 wader for the little ones to enjoy. A nice gas BBQ area. 2 Basketball courts, 3 tennis courts, a gym room, a clubhouse that you can rent for any activity, and a nice safe neighborhood you can walk with or without your dog. We are so close to everything we need in a 5-mile radius, from shopping at the Irvine Spectrum, going to Whole Foods, 24hrs Fitness, Fast foods, restaurants, Bowling alley and so much more. But the best asset my community has to offer is our friendly and caring neighbors. If you have a face-to-face conversation, you will gain so much knowledge about our community. Do we have room for improvement? That's the only way we move forward. We have a management team that cares about this community and its members. Last but not least, our Board of Directors has the interest of our community before theirs. Take a moment to know your community more than you did before.

The hoa is terrible at responding with reliable maintenance. I rather not have an hoa if they cannot get proper repairs done. Repairing roof leaks every year, cracks every year, etc. hiring cheap work is not acceptable. There should be a warranty on the work. Huge obstacle to get anything done. Its extremely disappointing. Besides that my neighbors seem to be amazing ppl.

This is a great community in a fantastic location. You can't beat the convenience to the Spectrum, freeways, and beach. Lots of green space and it's one of the most affordable safe communities to own in Orange County.

Hello, we just moved in a couple of weeks ago and we were wondering how do we go about finding out which mailbox number belongs to our unit and also where do we get the keys from?

I had to try each key from the prior owners Got lucky as it was the third mailbox I had tried.
