Made an appointment 2 weeks ago. Presented on time only to be told their printer is broken and to go to another location. But at that point it's the middle of my work day. I'm told to come back Monday then. Totally inconvenient but I say ok. I arrive Monday, first off it's closed. I wait until they open from lunch break and am now told again they still can't do it. "Oh I was just calling you" um sure. Theres no message Friday or today but sure. And being sent 15 min away to another location on now my 3rd attempt to complete the screening I need for university... no wonder reviews for this place suck. Accurate.. front desk was nice but this level of inability to perform is pretty much inexcusable.

Fast check in, had an early morning appointment. Helpful staff. Very very busy location. **NOTE** this LabCorp location is in a building that charges for parking on weekdays after 8 am. **

0 star if I could possibly give. Called them three times and left messages to confirm the lab order. Nobody answered my voice messages. Then wait in line for two hours to find out they don’t have the order. Staff’s attitude is worse than DMV folks.

One simple blood test will take over 2 hours here. They need at least 4 more helpers. Such a waist of time for a simple blood test. Unacceptable!
