After I filled out the form and waited nearly an hour to take an x_ray and the girls at the front desk asked me to wait my turn, I was surprised to be called and notified that I had to see their own doctor although I checked with my doctor the same day. They should have told me from the start that I should see their doctor to be able get service at their office. This is not Urgent care, this is urgent money business. I don't recommend this business. They are not professionals.

Excellent service. They are as quick as you can possibly expect. The staff are super professional as well as the main physician. I have been very happy with their services. I have visited this place many times. Being a happy customer. Considering all the issues caused by Covid-19 most medical facilities are understaffed along with many other issues. This one is actually one of a few with good management. A perfect neighborhood urgent care.

This place is about the money. I brought a patient and services were declined because the health insurance pays less than what their charges are. Don’t refer patients there if there is an emergency, your patient may die, if his insurance pays less of what their charges are.

I love this urgent care. It’s like a family doctors office. The care and compassion and the TIME they spend with you is amazing. My entire family has been there with everything from flus to bee stings to broken bones. And of course COVID. They have an amazing staff that are talented and caring. Even An x ray machine on-site. Thank you to the wonderful team of medical experts at Nellie Gail Urgent Care and your tireless efforts keeping this community safe and healthy.
