Lazy incompetent workers and owner. Our company had issues with our fire suppression system in the coldest part of winter. Iowa fire showed up everyday with no winter gear or parts. They just sat in their van all day and did nothing. When confronted, they said it's to cold to work on it. Yet I was charged for the entire three days that this went on. Finally, we decided to fix in house. When iowa fire didn't bring the parts or equipment needed, the lazy owner couldn't even bring them down, he made us drive to get them. When everything was said and done they billed us $40,000. They then proceeded to blackmail my company and said, " we will drop the price if you remove your negative reviews". THIS COMPANY IS RAN BY A CRIMINAL

To receive a copy of the Inspection Report or Invoice, please call the Compliance department (515.265.8030 Ext 126 or 127). if you have your name, account number, and/or invoice available, this will speed up the process. Your request can be emailed to the local Fire Marshall or mail out to you.
