There are maps showing the extended system of paths as well. You may want to try birdland marina north along the river
I would venture a guess the website would have some info and as long as the park is open through the season, the restrooms will more than likely be accessible. To many walkers and riders to close maybe.
Yes, it is also by Grays lake and you can rent canoes etc
