The VA isn't like it use to be. I'll give them a b- on the care of my husband. My only problem outside of me bathing him daily was the lack of communication between community care and the actually facility. Example in outpatient va community care they had my husband on creams for his face and different medications. The hospital had a different list.

Great Doctor's and Nurse's great staff and a very modern clean faculty they have a military PX store you can buy tax free items and a full service cafeteria
