I had an issue with AC this summer, it was very hot in my apartment. As soon as I put the request in, the staff member Ricardo arrived next day, found the problem with my AC, and replaced it. He was quick and professional, now I will not die of crazy heat! Thanks for the great service.

Nothing is perfect but this Equity Residential location has had the best property management staff I've ever rented with, from the office to maintenance, consistently professional and friendly. Been at this location for several years. Recently noticed Savannah (sp?) had joined the office staff. Had a problem and walked in and asked for her help. Found out she was in the middle of a bit of serious business but she listened to my problem and was like, yep, let's handle this right now. I was willing to come back the following day but she didn't miss a beat and handled it right then and there with a great attitude, positivity and a beautiful smile. AMAZING! Just had to share my thanks - thanks Savannah!

After living there about 6 years I dont feel as safe as I use to. This was before the violence across the street.. there are no more patrols but brighter lights at night? Lots of local trails that touch the property, my kids loved them but I always had to keep a close eye on then after after stories you hear about those beautiful trails :( lots of dog poop on the property and broken glass pretty often, oil stained carports that leave you tracking oil into your house and get used oil on your dogs paws. They took my first deposit but I got the most recent one back surprisingly, I also had a roof leak for the better part of a year. Local management has improved over the years but you can tell corporate is still trying to save a few dollars. The car towing has gotten better but ill never forget specifically writing down my vehicle model and make and license plate and it still got towed because the pass fell down. Why have us write down anything? I think that has all changed now. Their non smoking policy is impossible to enforce, unfortunately. For the prices in the area its worth taking a look at but now with my ability to commute once a week I've decided to get a much larger place in the Oceanside area.

I went and toured these beautiful apartment homes over the weekend. I had a great experience from the moment I walked in the door. The leasing staff met me with a warm hello and a smile. The manager Armando helped to accommodate the needs that I had and any question or concerns that I needed answered. The complex itself was amazing. The apartment homes were spacious with a cozy home feel to it. There are so many additional features like the beautiful pool and spa. I imagine my children are going to want to live at the pool this summer. Not to mention the walking trails to enjoy the weather while getting some exercise. Last but not least...there is a large shopping center close by so I don't have to go far for all my groceries!!! I have a feeling I am going to love it here.
