do not come to live here is very annoying to be waiting for someone to open the door of the gym supposedly they open at 8am and you have to wait 30 minutes or even an hour on weekends the only kind person and opens the gym without problems is a cleaning lady but the other workers completely ignore you

Parking is so horrible, my car got towed after I parked at the red zone with my hazard on, not even 10 minutes I left my car, went to picked up my daughter at my friend's unit, surprised the car was gone! no space at all for visitors during the night, called the office for my concerned they don't care about it and they are not responsible for calling the towing company, that night I met another person who got towed from Alicia Village, so beware!!!! This area has no considerations at all, towing company charged $473 for non office hour to get backed the car.

Horrendous customer service. Lidia who proudly claims herself an assistant manager is one of the rude person I've ever came across. The way she answers a question comes off so rude and blunt. She doesn't possess any common courtesy that a customer service rep needs to have. She pretty much will tell you if you like it lease it if not get out of my face. Like seriously who even hired her? A big question mark on the management team. Train this lady again or replace her. THANK YOU from myself and from the people who came across this lady
