I have lived happily at Champion Farms Apartments for over 4 years now. Kristin, Champion Farms Apartments Manager, is consistently personable, professional, polite, and a hard worker. Leasing agent Donetta, was the first friendly face that I saw when I came to Champion Farms. After a tour and meeting Kristin and Donetta, I knew that I was home! I have seen a variety of people come and go during the 4 years that I have lived here. Tenants who adhere to the leasing agreement that they signed regardless of their age, race, gender, or sexual orientation, tend to be happy. Tenants who violate the rules of the lease agreement they signed, tend to be unhappy because their non-compliance negatively affects other tenants and they are held accountable. The apartments are spacious and beautiful. Many, like mine, have a gorgeous built-in fireplace to use in the winter and a balcony or patio for the warmer weather. The pool area is always immaculate and the workout room is kept incredibly clean. Maintenance does a good job of getting work orders filled quickly! If you are looking for a new apartment home, I highly recommend Champion Farms!

This place is NOT for ordinary average people. The residents are snooty and very judgemental. All of the ones I interacted with, all but 1, were very unfriendly and acted like they were better than me. I didn't appreciate that and would never recommend this place to live. I am 71 years old and have lived in a lot of places and this is the worst. If a person doesn't like your car they will snub you. I was told on the day I was moving by a neighbor that he was glad I was moving. Why? Because I am old. His actual words were "I am glad to see that you are finally moving". How rude!

HEALTH HAZARD! MOLD in the air ducks, broken air handler, 70% humidity inside. They had a company come out to clean the air ducks, the company said they were not certified in mold removal and left. The office never address the issue and told me there wasn’t a problem. I put my rent in escrow so they let me out of my lease but not before NEGATIVE REMARKS ON MY CREDIT! Do not rent here! Much nicer apartments in the area for the same price!

My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost a year and have really enjoyed it. We will definitely be renewing our lease. We have a great unit with a garage, with no one above or below us. Staff have changed since we moved in, but everyone is nice. We live near the maintenance building and see them hard at work everyday. Coverage at the front desk has gotten better, so packages have been pretty easy to get. UPS and FEDEX deliver straight to our door, which is wonderful. It's a safe and quiet complex with a lot of young professionals and families. I would definitely recommend living here.
