I am a current resident. I was promised a microwave installation in new cabinetries fixture in my new lease term. It was a verbal discussion with the management. But the leasing office now denies any such commitment. I vividly remember this discussion. This is so weird and disappointing from the new management. Cannot trust their words going forward and make sure I document important conversations.

This is a great place to live. Great neighbors, office staff, and maintenance crew. The new management is always going above and beyond. We absolutely love the updates that Zidan Management Group is doing. The new windows and doors has been a great addition for keeping the electric cost to a minimum.

Summary: if you have pets, be careful. I hate to give this place a bad review but this is the second time maintenance has come inside with zero prior notice. (These were also not emergency situations) I have a pet that tends to bolt outside so i need to have him put away beforehand. The first time it happened, i was not home. I put on the form i had animals and to please give prior notice and i was never contacted. I sent an email voicing my concerns and never heard back from anyone. Today i was home, they came by with no prior notice and knocked a few times, i did not hear them and only knew once they had come inside. Thankfully my pet was with me this time. Be warned if you own pets that they may come in with no notice and can be a hazard To your pet getting out or a danger to them if you have dogs.

We moved to UPA 2 years ago from an awful, loud, roach infested complex in Jeffersontown with hideous management. It was a little hard to get in but we paid an extra deposit and they worked with us. The rules in the lease are strict but we love it here. It is so well insulated that we never hear our neighbors, even the ones above us. We can't even hear them walking. There's never any loud music or screaming. It's very peaceful. I've also never seen a single bug here. Maintenance is fast and always takes care of the problem. The girls in the office are always sweet on the rare occasion I have to call them. Property is maintained really well. Complex could use more amenities and in unit laundry. The property just got bought so I may have to amend my review eventually since the new manager Jordan was a manager at my horrible J-Town complex. Hoping he's better now. If not, I'm going to move and just buy a house.
