They tried charging us $1500 for the rear breaks. We needed new break pads on the driver and passenger, new rotors on each side, and a new caliper on the driver side. They tried charging us for 2 calipers when only one was bad and tried telling us we needed new fuel lines when nothing was wrong with them. We ended up telling them to stop what they were doing and we went and bought all the parts from auto zone and only spent about $250 to do the breaks. That's a $1250 difference, absolutely insane.

Overcharged and did not uphold warranty after asking the straightforward questions of coverage for the warranty. Also charged $800 in labor outside of the condenser needing replacement saved a $1000 going elsewhere for a cracked condenser

Told me to run my transmission untill it breaks down bc it needed a fluid change. Its a Toyota with 160000 miles on it. Yes its sealed but why will nobody work on these. I know how to do it but its not my car. These rules shouldn't apply to cars thats been taken care of and had no problem shifting.
