I walked in and was seen within 15 minutes. The doctor had read my paperwork and asked all the right questions and did a very thorough evaluation. As a nurse I could recognize a great assessment. I was prescribed a medication that was filled at a pharmacy next-door. I was given information as to how to follow up on my labs that were drawn. All within 15 minutes. They took my medical insurance. I called for my lab work three days later and the results were emailed to me. It was an excellent experience.

I had an appointment. Yet when u arrived 5 minutes early there was a person in front of me who did not have an appointment. It took a whole hour to get that person set up. So I already waited an hour which was frustrating enough. I had to come back in two days to get my test read and when I went, they were faster this time which was much appreciated but the person didn’t even read my test and said I was good to go. Then another doctor came in and was like yah usually you check the mark. It felt so unprofessional and like these people had no idea what they were doing. Not to mention when I got the test they asked if a student could observe and the person sticking the needle in me wasn’t even looking. People there were kind, but I felt scared the whole time.

Excellent care. The doctor and the staff is very caring and pleasant to talk to. They actually check and give the immediate treatment needed. They also call you for a follow up visit to make sure everything is okay with you. They also have a primary care besides urgent care. The appointments are easy to get online.
