While a little bit of life kept us from pulling the trigger, I could not have been happier with the professionalism that Travis brought with him when he inspected my roof and pitched the system that DaBella uses for roofing was most welcome. As described and based on seeing/feeling the samples, you can certainly appreciate the American-made quality. The price is perfectly reasonable, and (as I alluded to earlier) had life not cropped up at the last minute I would have been signing the contract tonight. I will be looking to these fine folks when things get back to normal so we can push forward with making the choice to repair/upgrade my roof.

Elijah came by to due a free inspection of our house and was very upfront about the issues regarding the siding. He was very thorough about explaining the whole process in detail of was would be worked on in the project. He answered our questions honestly and clearly. He was very easy to have a conversation with. Once the project is completed, which we a looking forward to, we will update this review.

Contacted DaBella earlier in the month. Had a member come out and give me an initial quote. I didn't not follow up on it. Then out of the blue the company sent two individuals to follow up with me. After talking to them for awhile we were able to negotiate a plan that worked for both of us. Kudos to the agents that were sent! (Xavier and Mike) Very professional and knew their product! I would refer them to anyone I knew that needed a new roof! (Much better response and action than the non existent local roofers!)

Elijah and Samuel came out to look at our windows. They are awesome, seems like family. You need to clone them for their customer service, and great personality. Seriously it was so natural to talk with them, really comfortable and easy how comfortable and nice it was. Also great sense of humor, which is important. I would be proud to spread the word about your company and the great people that work for you. Honestly, I can't say enough about the evening. I work in customer service and it is extremely important to me to build that trust and rapport with someone we just met. I would recommend them for any future prospective customers in a heartbeat.
