Absolutely the worst doctors office I've ever been to. I've been going here for quite a few years now because frankly, I can't locate any offices accepting new patients. You can NEVER get through on the phone, leave a message, they NEVER call you back. Send text messages scheduling you an appointment without checking your availability. Trying to use the online scheduling is pointless, they keep denying my request, saying they aren't accepting new patients currently. I AM NOT A NEW PATIENT. Which they would know since you provide your name and birthday to schedule. On top of all of this, their doctors are terribly unprofessional. THE WORST.

Have had me waiting 9 months for my intake appt, to weeks prior let me know the care provider left and it'll be another 6 months or so until I can be seen for my first visit to make me a patient. no immediate concern for patients or future patients well being.

Horrible service. They don't have any availability for established or new patients. I have been hospilitalized waiting for an appointment from this Dr's office before. Recently as an established patient I was switched to a different doctor without any warning or choice, which put me at new patient status, meaning they don't have any time to get me In for an appointment until april (3 months out), cause they don't care about their new patients either. I wouldn't recommend this office to my worst enemy.

BEWARE!!!! Samantha and Andrew were the worst employees Here! This is the worst customer experience of my life! I came here because mee Wai lam was so great when I had her in the past, I will continue to hunt for a new clinic. I literally have had an appointment for over a month and had to leave work. I made it within their 9 minute policy and they still refused to see me.l. I even left work for this appointment and they are now refusing to see me and this was my new hire appointment. Andrew threaten to kick me out of the clinic when I was explained my situation and told me I should be more responsible and manage my time. He said they can choose who they serve. They don't care about anyone except their dollars and time! I wasn't even here to see him, but he made sure insert his opinion.

I have had the worst experience with Oregon Integrated Health that I have ever had with any Dr. Never getting through to speak to someone, referrals not being sent, you name it and they have failed..... I'm looking for a new Dr as this place is a total failure when it comes to patient care and that's what being under a Dr's care is all about...... I would never recommend them -- not ever... Find a new clinic - Dr - outside of Oregon Integrated, that is my recommendation..
Same reson as why order me extensive stays but when I ask then m to read them to me they say .I'm not a bone doctor and I month later still no word
Good luck. The receptionists are very unprofessional.
Oregon Integrated Health in Eugene is located in a very small strip mall on River Rd; I have not seen any bicycle racks at the location or at nearby businesses adjacent to the mall. However, there is a very strong/sturdy metal hand-rail that runs along a portion of the walkway, much of it directly in front of the doctor's office. Use Google Streets pictures on Maps to view the front of the building to see whether or not that railing would suffice to lock up a bike.
Oregon Integrated Health is a doctor's office, not a walk-in clinic; an appointment is required to be seen. Unfortunately that can likely take several weeks to a couple of months to get in as a new patient. I would also recommend going in to the office to get an appointment, to conduct any business, or to speak to the staff. OIH telephone 'system' is nightmare abysmal, you cannot expect or depend upon getting through to the office staff, or depend or expect them to return calls - EVER - in Eugene, merely by calling the phone number and/or leaving messages. It is a relay system; the number you call is a Portland number which is routed through a call center of one. I would lay good odds OIH's phone system is in direct contravention of ADA Medical Access laws, that is just how bad it is.
