Was there for over an hour for lunch. Lost our order and when I asked if our order was ok because people that ordered after had received their orders they acted like nothing was wrong. They did get our order fairly quickly after that, but my wife was 30 minutes late getting back to work.

Seriously love going here when Jason is working. Never. Ever. Ever. gets my order wrong and is always pleasant. ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES that I've ever delt with (always at night) are wonderful. Way to go BK. Finally employees to be proud of.

Just rude. Went in at 1pm today to buy food but they are not taking cards inside only in drive thru. I asked if she could ring me up in drive thru because I am a semi truck driver. She then rolled her eyes at me and said I am not about to be running back and fourth today. I then explained to her how tired I was coming into these fast food restaurants and being greeted with bad customer service. She told me to leave now because I was making a scene although no one was inside. Also she was the manager on duty. I Will never return this location again. Zero stars

The guy at the second window handed us our food without saying a word. We waited to see if we had all the food but he just turned away from us. All the food was there so no problems with that. I work at Dominos, customer service is important.
