Went to the shop to get a tire. It took them 8 1/2 hours. Checked on progress several times. Last few times I checked tire was on. Found someone and ask what was going on and mysteriously my truck is ready now. Said they were just about to call me but I was sitting at a table right in front of the shop. SMH if you need work done here you better be on a reset. It seem like TA Shops have total disregard for drivers time. We have a job to do just like them. Also most shops at TA don't have a waiting area for the drivers to wait at.

Restaurant is closed. Half the small parking lot is paid parking. Drop trailers everywhere. If you want food youβll have to walk over to pilot or you can eat the nasty garbage they have off the shelf. Didnβt use the shop, so I donβt know about that. I suppose if you need fuel okay, but not worth going inside or staying.

They need to replace their staff. Old white people like those is the reason why people wonder why we think they are racist. Helping other customers that are white is fine as soon as I asked a question. "You are going to have to wait, I am the only one here like lady I been nice to you the whole time. Didn't say a single thing until you started giving attitude." One word "racist" employee mom & daughter both

Itβs 07:00 on this Sunday morning. Freightliner told me to leave truck and it will be Wednesday before they can check me out. Jordan took care of me here at the TA in about an hour. Only needed a brake chamber. I thought it was more going on inside the dash but fortunately it was not. Also I had a 3 axle alignment performed later in the day. Excellent work and great attitudes. Thanks. PS. I love Freightliner but not that much to be down 3 days just for a look π.

Besides calling Corporate, have you ask about it inside, with a manager? Maybe they might know something, maybe not, but worth a try.
Call them
Since at least the 70's, but back then, I believe it was a 76.
